Venting Out Music Frustrations
For over three decades I have tried to produce some of the music that I can hear happening inside of me. It has been a rough process at times. One thing is feeling a tune dancing inside your heart, another one is playing it, recording it, and putting it out in the world. I'd like to think I have gotten better at that alchemy over the years.
Here I am sharing music from different stages of my life, sprinkled with some of the other things I think about and do.
Music From the Years
Listen to music that I have created over the years. Some of the tracks were created during the Balistica years; others were created during the Carabelas Collective period. I may surprise you with new tracks one of these days, you never know.

Who is Facundo?
Facundo is You and Me.
Facundo is the spirit of art put into motion.
As I ached over the impending breakup of Balistica, a musical project that had changed the course of my life, I was walking the streets of Austin when I heard the word: “Facundo.”
I understood then that I was to use that name to represent my music and some of my creative explorations.
When I looked up the word in the dictionary, I realized it meant “fluent in speech, master of expression.” Well, a very hard term to live up to, and a challenge that I willingly accepted.
